Hospital
Shipping Policies
If you are
shipping your gift to a hospital location, please read below
before proceeding with your order.
We do ship to
hospitals, but it is the sender's responsibility to ensure that
the recipient will still be hospitalized at least 4 business days
following placement of the order. Baskets Galore 4 U assumes no
responsibility for orders that are shipped to hospitals and arrive
AFTER the patient has been discharged. These baskets are
often lost and not returned to us. If delivery is confirmed by the
postal service, but the patient is discharged prior to receipt of
the package, the basket is not refundable UNLESS it is
returned to us within 2 weeks and the basket is in excellent
condition. We are sorry, but shipping is NEVER refundable.
As
an alternate to shipping to the hospital room, we suggest sending
the package to a husband, wife or other family member that you
know will visit the recipient in the hospital. This ensures that
the basket is hand delivered to the patient, whether they are
still in the hospital or have been discharged.
If
you can confirm a patient will be hospitalized for at least 3
business days following order placement, we suggest the RUSH
shipping option via USPS which will deliver the package in 1-2
business days. If the order is placed prior to noon eastern time,
it should ship the same day. We always make every effort to ship
get well gifts the day that they are ordered, if at all possible.
